On Monday November 25, 2025, at approximately 4:58 PM, Troopers from Troop H - Hartford responded to a motor vehicle crash on the I-84 Westbound Exit 59 ramp to I-384 Eastbound in the City of Manchester. Preliminary investigation determined that on November 19, 2025, at approximately 6:24 a.m., for unknown reasons, a pedestrian was within the right travel lane of Interstate 95 North, prior to exit 6, in the City of Stamford.
