2600318454 On 10/13/2026, at approximately 12:34 a.m., a Trooper assigned to Troop F – Westbrook was conducting speed enforcement on Route 9 in Deep River. While monitoring traffic activity, the Trooper observed a silver sedan traveling at an excessive speed.
