Sergeant Luke Davis graduated from the Connecticut State Police Training Academy in 2012. He has served as a patrol Trooper at Troop D in Danielson and Troop C in Tolland. He served as a field training officer at Troop C from 2018-2022. Upon his promotion to Sergeant in November 2022, he was assigned as a patrol supervisor at Troop D in Danielson, where he also served as the field training officer supervisor and the Troop D Social Media Liaison. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Central CT State University.

Trooper First Class Pedro Muñiz graduated from the Connecticut State Police Training Academy in December 2012 and took his first assignment at Troop A in Southbury. In 2016, he was named School Resource Officer at Henry Abbott Technical High School in Danbury, where he served for four years. In April 2020, he transferred to the Public Information Office and is an active member of the State Police Drone Unit. TFC Muñiz is fluent in Spanish; he attended the University of Connecticut.

Trooper Daniel Hill is a member of the 127th Training Troop, graduating from the Connecticut State Police Academy in 2019. Trooper Hill has served as a Patrol Trooper at Troop C in Tolland and Troop H in Hartford. He also served as Resident Trooper in the towns of Ellington and Mansfield, as a Field Training Officer and as Social Media Liaison while assigned to Troop C. Trooper Hill is an active member of the State Police Drone Unit and serves as a S.T.O.P.S. (State Trooper Offering Peer Support) volunteer with CSP. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Westfield State University.

Trooper Remonda Zhuta graduated from the Connecticut State Police Academy in 2020 as a member of the 129th Training Troop. She was previously assigned as a Patrol Trooper at Troop L in Litchfield, where she served as a Community Trust Liaison, a Field Training Officer, and as Social Media Liaison. Trooper Zhuta holds child safety car seat certification and serves as a S.T.O.P.S. (State Trooper Offering Peer Support) volunteer with CSP. She earned an Associate’s Degree from Naugatuck Valley Community College.

Cathleen Hinsch has been a member of the State Police Media Relations team since 2005. She brings more than 30 years of experience in the communications field to the unit. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Central CT State University.
