The Office of Governor Ned Lamont, in conjunction with the New London Judicial District State’s Attorney’s Office, is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons associated with the death of Noel McGregor on November 22, 2024. Mr. McGregor was struck on Route 2 in Colchester on October 22, 2024, by an unknown evading vehicle. At the time of the crash, Mr. McGregor was standing next to his vehicle, which was parked in the right shoulder. Life saving measures were administered on scene before he was transported to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on November 22, 2024.
