Isiah Turner, DOB 06/02/99 turned himself into Troop L- Litchfield on Monday, 06/24/24. Turner was taken into custody on the strength of an active arrest warrant and processed for the following charges:
CGS 53a-56b; Manslaughter 2nd w/Motor Vehicle
CGS 53a-60d; Assault 2nd w/Motor Vehicle
CGS 14-227a; Illegal Operation of a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence Alcohol/Drugs
CGS 14-12(a)*; Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle
CGS 14-230(a); Failure to Drive Upon Right Side of Roadway
CGS 14-100a(c)(1); Failure to Wear Seat Belt
Turner was held on a $200,000 bond and was later transferred to the custody of the Department of Corrections. Turner was scheduled for arraignment at Waterbury Superior Court Today, 06/25/24. Please see attached arrest warrant below.
