On Wednesday, 11/20/24, Todd Blevons (DOB 12/01/81) turned himself into Eastern District Major Crime Detectives at Troop E- Montville on the strength of an active arrest warrant. The warrant for Blevons stemmed from a criminal investigation which began in April 2024 in which Blevons was alleged to have used excessive force against an inmate at Corrigan Correctional Center in Montville. Blevon was arrested without incident and processed on the following charge pursuant to the arrest warrant:
CGS 53a-61(a)(1); Assault Third Degree- Elderly Person
Blevons was later released from custody on a $25,000 bond and is scheduled to appear at Norwich Superior Court on 12/05/24. Please see the attached arrest warrant and criminal information summary.
