On Wednesday, 10/09/24 at approximately 1:00 PM, Detectives assigned to the Statewide Organized Crime Investigative Task Force (SOCITF) assisted the Bristol Police Department with the service of active arrest warrants for Vincent Whiteley (DOB 04/13/60) and David Henderson (DOB 12/19/60). The joint investigation between Bristol and CSP detectives began in January 2024 following numerous complaints of a suspected prostitution operation allegedly being run out of a Bristol business.
Vincent WHITELEY was charged with violation of C.G.S: 48/53a-192a, Conspiracy/Trafficking in Persons and 53a-48/53a-87, Conspiracy/Promoting Prostitution 2nd degree.
David HENDERSON was charged with violation of C.G.S: 53a-48/53a-87, Conspiracy/ Promoting Prostitution 2nd degree 48/53a-192a, Conspiracy/Trafficking in Persons, 53a-89, Permitting Prostitution and 53a-192a, Trafficking in Persons.
Both men were held by Bristol PD on court set $250,000 bonds. Please see the attached release from Bristol PD.
