On Tuesday, February 18, 2025, members of the Statewide Urban Violence Cooperative Crime Control Task Force, Statewide Narcotics Task Force, Bridgeport Regional Task Force, FBI, Drug Enforcement Agency, and Bridgeport Police Emergency Services executed a search warrant at a residence on Noble Ave in Bridgeport.
The search warrant was a result of a continuation from an earlier investigation into the illicit narcotics sales, specifically of fentanyl and crack cocaine, revealed to be taking place out of the residence.
While conducting their ongoing investigation, Detectives identified Jesus Alber Brito-Encarnacion (DOB: 09/14/1995) as a "lookout," using a two-way portable radio to alert those involved in the ongoing narcotics distribution. Brito-Encarnacion was located in the alley alongside this residence, and once detained, was found to be in possession of two wax folds containing a white powdery substance and a two-way portable radio.
During the execution of the search warrant, Detectives located Jennyfer Lopez-Morales (D.O.B. 08/25/1982) and Daniel Rivera-Serrano (D.O.B. 11/22/1987) in the basement of the residence. Detectives subsequently located and seized the following items from the basement, which were later submitted as evidence:
48 grams of suspected crack cocaine
21.6 grams of suspected fentanyl
$2,507 in U.S. currency
An additional portable two-way radio
Based on the investigation detailed above, all three individuals named above were arrested and transported to Troop G in Bridgeport for processing. Additionally, Lopez-Morales was found to be in possession of approximately 1.9 grams of suspected crack cocaine.
All three individuals were each separately charged with the following violations:
