On Monday 09/16/24, Josephine Ragland (DOB 10/03/95) turned herself into the Middletown Police Department on the strength of an active arrest warrant held by Connecticut State Police Troop F- Westbrook. Middletown PD contacted Troop F, and a Trooper was dispatched to take custody of Ragland. Ragland was arrested without incident and transported to Troop F for processing. Ragland was processed on the following charges:
CGS 53-247(a); Cruelty to Animals (4 counts)
Ragland was later released from custody on a $50,000 bond and is scheduled to appear at Middletown Superior Court on 09/30/24. Please see the attached arrest warrant & criminal information summary.
