On Friday, 02/07/25 at approximately 7:40 AM, Erin Kennedy (DOB 03/05/80), of Litchfield, turned herself into Troop L- Litchfield on the strength of an active arrest warrant. The warrant for Kennedy's arrest stemmed from an investigation in which Kennedy was alleged to be working for the state of Connecticut and the town of Litchfield simultaneously.
Kennedy was arrested without incident and processed on the following charges pursuant to the arrest warrant:
CGS 53a-122; Larceny 1st Degree (2 counts)
Kennedy was later released from custody on a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear at Torrington Superior Court on 02/24/25. Please see the attached arrest warrant and criminal information summary.
