On Thursday, 11/21/24 at approximately 10:30 AM, Brady Bolduc (DOB 06/20/2002) of Brookfield, MA turned himself into Troop D- Danielson on the strength of an active arrest warrant. The warrant for Bolduc's arrest stemmed from a fatal dirt bike investigation which began in December 2023. Bolduc was arrested without incident and processed for the following charges pursuant to the arrest warrant:
CGS 14-222a; Negligent Homicide with a Motor Vehicle
CGS 14-227a: Illegal Operation of a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs
CGS 14-213b; Illegal Operation of a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance
CGS 14-12(a)*; Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle
Bolduc was later released from custody on a $40,000 court set bond and is scheduled to appear at Danielson Superior Court on 12/03/24. Please see the attached arrest warrant and criminal information summary.
