On 02/19/2025 at approximately 3:59 PM, Troopers from Troop H - Hartford were dispatched to Route 72 west, in the area of Exit 4 for the report of a motor vehicle collision.
Upon further investigation, Michael Washington (DOB 07/13/1960) of Meriden, was identified as the at-fault operator, and exhibited signs of impairment to Troopers on scene.
