On Monday, 01/27/25 at approximately 5:45 PM, Christopher Archaski (DOB 06/21/77) turned himself into Troop L- Litchfield on the strength of an active arrest warrant. The warrant for Archaski's arrest stemmed from an investigation in September 2024 where Archaski was alleged to have caused a motor vehicle accident while driving under the influence, causing injury to himself and his passenger.
Archaski was arrested without incident and was processed on the following charges pursuant to the arrest warrant:
CGS 14-227a; Illegal Operation of a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs
CGS 14-236; Failure to Maintain Proper Lane
CGS 53a-63; Reckless Endangerment 1st Degree
