On 09/18/2024, at approximately 6:00 PM, an active arrest warrant for Kaniya Irie Cannon (DOB 08/04/2003), of New Haven, was served.
Cannon was processed at Troop I in Bethany and charged with the following violations:
C.G.S. 53a-124, Larceny 3rd Degree
C.G.S. 53a-138, Forgery 1st Degree
The arrest warrant in this case was the result of a fraud investigation initially reported on 07/08/2023. Cannon was later released on a $5,000 cash/surety bond and is scheduled for arraignment at New Haven Superior Court on 10/02/2024. Please see the attached arrest warrant.
