On Friday, 02/21/2025 at approximately 10:53am, Destiny Ziolko (DOB: 11/08/1982), who was being held at a DOC facility for separate charges, was transported to Torrington Superior Court by Judicial Marshals to be arrested and processed on the strength of an active arrest warrant held by Troop B- North Canaan. The warrant for Ziolko's arrest stemmed from a bank fraud investigation in Sharon, which was reported on 01/28/2025.
Ziolko was processed and charged with the following violations:
C.G.S. 53a-124 - Larceny 3rd Degree (2 counts)
C.G.S. 53a-129c - Identity Theft 2nd Degree (2 counts)
C.G.S. 53a-130 - Criminal Impersonation (2 counts)
C.G.S. 53a-140 - Forgery 3rd Degree (2 counts)
C.G.S. 53a-139 - Forgery 2nd Degree (1 count)
Ziolko was held on a $50,000 court-set bond and was scheduled for arraignment at Torrington Superior Court on 02/21/2025.
