On Wednesday, 02/26/2025, Shannon L. Crandall (DOB: 11/14/1979) of Old Lyme, was arrested on the strength of two active arrest warrants. The warrants stemmed from an investigation prompted by separate reports from Westbrook residents, who accused Crandall of stealing jewelry from their homes while dog-sitting.
Crandall was arrested and transported to Troop F in Westbrook to be processed on the following charges from both warrants:
C.G.S. 53a-122 - Larceny 1st
C.G.S. 53a-125 - Larceny 4th
Crandall was held on a cumulative $45,000 court-set bond and was scheduled for arraignment at Middletown Superior Court on 02/27/2025.
