On Monday, 09/30/24 at approximately 10:53 AM, Luis Alberto Elicier (DOB 12/25/81) of Springfield, MA, was located by the Enfield Police Department. Enfield PD detained Elicier on the strength of an active arrest warrant out of Troop C in Tolland. A Trooper was dispatched to Enfield's location and took custody of Elicier. Elicier was transported to Troop C and processed for the following charges per the arrest warrant:
CGS 53a-70; Sexual Assault 1st Degree
CGS 53a-95; Unlawful Restraint 1st Degree
The arrest warrant in this case was the result of a sexual assault investigation from an incident which reportedly occurred in Tolland on 09/27/24. This investigation was assigned to Eastern District Major Crimes Detectives. Elicier is being held on a court set $500,000 bond and is scheduled to appear at Rockville Superior Court on 10/01/24.
