On Monday, 11/11/24 at approximately 1:21 PM, Dominic Ledbetter (DOB 01/25/2005), of Stafford, turned himself into Troop C- Tolland on the strength of an active arrest warrant. The arrest warrant was the result of a fatal accident investigation which began in November 2023. Ledbetter was processed for the following charges pursuant to the arrest warrant:
CGS 14-218a; Traveling Unreasonably Fast
CGS 14-236; Failure to Maintain Proper Lane
CGS 14-222a; Negligent Homicide with a Motor Vehicle
Ledbetter was released from custody on a $50,000 bond and is scheduled to appear at Rockville Superior Court on 11/25/24. Please see the attached arrest warrant and criminal information summary.
