On Friday, 09/27/24 at approximately 6:38 AM, Allana Polk (DOB 12/15/97) was taken into custody in the city of Waterbury on the strength of an active arrest warrant. Polk was subsequently transported to Troop C in Tolland, where she was processed for the following charges:
CGS 53a-94; Kidnapping 2nd Degree
CGS 53a-97; Custodial Interference 1st Degree
Polk was held on a $350,000 court set bond and was scheduled for same day arraignment at Rockville Superior Court. Please see the attached arrest warrant/criminal information summary.
