On Friday, 01/17/25 at approximately 2:40 PM, Alicia Davis (DOB 04/23/89), of Westbrook, turned herself into Troop F- Westbrook on the strength of an active arrest warrant. The warrant for Davis's arrest stemmed from an investigation, in part, regarding alarming emails and other attempted communication to a school official from late December 2024 into early January 2025. Davis was arrested without incident and processed on the following charges pursuant to the arrest warrant:
CGS 53a-181d(b(1B; Stalking 2nd Degree- Emotional Distress
CGS 53a-183; Harassment 2nd Degree
Davis was later released from custody on a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear at New Britain Superior Court on 02/07/25. Please see the attached arrest warrant and criminal information summary.
