On Wednesday, February 6, 2025, at approximately 12:46pm, Troop D personnel arrested Victoria A. Lussier (DOB: 03/26/1968) on the strength of an active arrest warrant. The warrant for Lussier's arrest resulted from an animal cruelty investigation conducted by the NECCOG Animal Control Services.
Lussier was arrested and transported to Troop D in Danielson where she was processed and charged with the following violation(s):
C.G.S. 53-247(a) - Cruelty to Animals (13 counts)
Following arrest processing, Lussier was released from custody on a $5,000 bond and is scheduled for arraignment at Danielson Superior Court on 02/19/2025.
